The Rotational Engineer is an entry-level engineering position for students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. Through structured rotations across Engineering, Survey, and Technology, participants will spend four months in each area, gaining broad exposure to ABS operations and developing a strong technical and business foundation. Through challenging assignments and project work, Rotational Engineers will build a comprehensive understanding of ABS policies, processes, and operations. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in a permanent role as either Engineer I or Surveyor I.
