Position Details
- Special Education Paraprofessionals
- Float Substitute Positions: cover call outs throughout the district
- Locations: Champlin, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, and Andover
- Guaranteed 30 hours on weeks that school is in session Monday-Friday. If there is a shift available, and you do not pick it up, this would be taken away from the guaranteed hours.
- Working in SPED classrooms, working with students with behavior needs, toileting support, etc.
- Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate
- Must pass background check and drug screening

What We're Looking For
- Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
- Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
- Background check and drug screening required
- Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
