Software Developer – Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE)Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Hybrid, 3 days/week) | Contract-to-HireOverviewOur client is seeking a hands-on .NET/C# developer who can work directly with business teams to understand challenges, build and implement solutions, and improve business processes.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with business teams across the organization to identify challenges and opportunitiesTranslate business problems into technical solutions and drive them through implementationDesign, build, and deploy solutions using .NET/C#Improve and streamline business processes through softwareBridge business needs with technical execution, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on software development experienceStrong .NET/C# development skillsStrong problem-solving abilityProven ability to work directly with business users and bridge business needs with technical executionPreferred QualificationsExperience with system integrationsExperience with workflow automationExperience with AI solutions, including AI agentsPay rate: $60/hr. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in Farmington Hills, MI. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
