ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a creative intelligence and performance marketing team helping brands grow through paid advertising. You will lead client strategy and collaborate with creative and media-buying partners to turn performance insights into scalable campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage paid media programs across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with responsibility for substantial annual budgets.
- Lead client relationships through regular meetings, strategy sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop growth strategies that connect creative performance with paid media execution.
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations for clients, creative teams, and media buyers.
- Improve media efficiency through funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement.
- Partner with creatives and media buyers to develop content and scale effective campaigns.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to eight years of paid media experience, ideally in an agency or consumer app environment.
- Deep hands-on experience managing paid social accounts, especially on Meta, with a track record of owning seven-figure annual budgets.
- Experience running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google and independently managing client accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, including applying performance metrics and translating results into strategic actions.
- Experience developing creative-led growth strategies, presenting to stakeholders, and leading client reviews.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising measurement, including SKAN, AEM, and mobile measurement partners, is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $130,000 to $175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in New York City, New York.
