ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage industrial automation startup and work directly with its founders to build the go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will help bring an AI-powered quality inspection system to manufacturing plants, turning customer conversations into factory visits and deployments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify promising manufacturing plants and research relevant decision-makers.
- Conduct direct outreach to plant managers, quality leaders, manufacturing engineering teams, and operations executives.
- Build and test outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and other channels.
- Join customer calls and help move discussions toward factory visits and pilot deployments.
- Research manufacturing processes and identify areas where the product can deliver strong returns.
- Help develop the ideal customer profile, messaging, sales process, pricing, and expansion strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying or recently graduated, with a degree from a highly regarded university.
- Relevant experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, sales, or business development environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, curious, persistent, and comfortable learning new industries and reaching out to senior decision-makers.
- German proficiency and prior direct outreach to executives are helpful.
- Interest in startups, AI, robotics, or manufacturing is valued. The role is suited to candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary: $48,000 to $72,000 USD. Visa sponsorship policy was not provided.
