Job Description What You Will Do:
- Master the art of order entry and become a specimen-handling pro—pick up, transport, track, and process materials like a lab logistics expert.
- Get hands-on with cutting-edge pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment and automation systems, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Be the friendly face of the lab! Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Navigate our information systems like a pro to manage tasks efficiently and keep accuracy at the top of your game.
- Roll up your sleeves for occasional phlebotomy services when needed at your site—expanding your lab skills toolkit.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in a medical setting, hospital, or clinic laboratory.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and human anatomy.
