The TOOLS you’ll bring with you: · A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related field, and/or an equivalent technical degree with four years of experience. · 7+ years of experience in Oracle OTM/GTM with multiple full lifecycle implementations. · OTM/GTM BIP report and analytics development, including SQL. · Hands-on experience designing workbenches and GTM configurations. · Experience debugging issues on OIC integrations. · Understanding of Oracle OTM/GTM architecture and inbound/outbound XMLs. · Results-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative team player.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: · Experience integrating Oracle OTM/GTM with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain Execution. · Technical expertise, leadership, and networking in the Oracle platform community. · Takes accountability and possesses a sense of urgency to design, build, and deliver solutions. · Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. · Decisive in handling difficult business requirements and translating them into practical solutions. · Ability to distill and communicate complex concepts and ideas into simple, clear communications. · Manages multiple tasks at one time and quickly and accurately shifts attention among competing priorities. · Demonstrated ability to build multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities. · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and organize. · Has a passion for their business area of expertise. · Ability to travel to other Milwaukee Tool locations on occasion, as required.
