Sr. Product Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Product Analyst Department: Engineering & Science Country: United States of America State/Province: Arkansas City: Lowell Full/Part Time: Full time Job Summary: The Sr Product Analyst owns product direction across a cross-functional product family or multiple delivery pods, operating as a subject matter authority within the product organization. The role establishes AI artifact validation practices for their product area, holds decision authority over scope, priority, and design within that area, and resolves conflicting stakeholder requirements without escalation. They partner with Tech Leads and Product Architects on API-level solution shaping and platform integration decisions, mentor Product Analysts, and are accountable for measurable product outcomes across their area. Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED WITH at least 8 years in business operations, UX design, product operations, software development, logistics engineering, or other related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or other related field WITH at least 6 years in business analysis, UX design, product analysis, software development, logistics engineering, or other related field

Compensation: Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
