Assistant Manager - Ocean Export Operations - Freight Forwarding

The Assistant Manager – Ocean Export Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end ocean export operations, ensuring timely, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused execution of export shipments. The role will have ownership of operational performance across FCL/LCL export shipments and will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Procurement, Finance, Customs, Transporters, Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, CFS/ICD teams, Overseas Offices, Agents, and Customers to ensure seamless shipment execution. The role will also be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving shipment turnaround time, managing exceptions and escalations, ensuring documentation and compliance, controlling operational costs, and strengthening customer satisfaction.
