Key Responsibilities • Patient Care: Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process. • Procedure Assistance: Assist cardiologists and cardiac catheterization technologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures. • Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition during and after procedures, recognizing and responding to any complications. • Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to procedures, medications administered, and patient progress. • Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with information about procedures, recovery, and post-procedure care. Education Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). • Experience in critical care, cardiac care, or cath lab nursing preferred. • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
