Job Description
- Support the analytical testing for process development
- Processing of biological samples, HPLC separation, and data analysis
- Preparing buffers, setting up instruments, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning of systems
- Document laboratory activities electronically and enter process data into database.
- Analyze data for samples and report findings to investigators.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs
- Be responsible for following safe laboratory practices and for maintaining the work area in a clean orderly and safe manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related science degree
- 1-2 years of laboratory experience
- Experience in the analysis of therapeutic proteins and polysaccharides using various UPLC and HPLC Techniques including HPSEC-MALS and UV.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on capability, ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions
Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rahway, NJ are encouraged to apply. The compensation range is between $20-25/hr depending on experience level.
