Position Specific Description The Human Resource (HR) Service Specialist II provides guidance for general to moderate human resources questions and executes human resources transactions related to benefits entry and other employee inquiries. The position is also responsible for determining case escalation to one of the Centers of Excellence. This position will use a case management system to retrieve, create, document and track customer requests.
