Working with guidance from program leadership, this analyst supports project planning and execution, monitors milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions, and communicates progress and issues to the appropriate stakeholders. Success requires strong organization, communication, presentation development, collaboration, and attention to detail.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide project and program management support for routine HELO initiatives, workstreams, governance forums, and recurring program activities.
- Work with cross-functional team members to define, sequence, and estimate activities and maintain clear plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Gather and synthesize diverse inputs into executive-ready HELO presentations, leadership readouts, pre-read materials, talking points, and status updates.
- Support and facilitate project execution from kickoff through milestone reporting and close-out, ensuring effective cross-functional participation and timely follow-up.
- Build, maintain, and publish assigned portions of the integrated HELO roadmap, including initiative timelines, key events, milestones, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain the HELO online hub by coordinating page updates, organizing documents, managing versions, improving navigation, and retiring outdated information.
- Develop and maintain program artifacts such as initiative profiles, governance materials, milestone views, templates, FAQs, success stories, and stakeholder reference materials.
- Coordinate recurring content updates and review cycles with HELO sponsors, pillar leads, initiative owners, and partner teams; identify missing or conflicting information and route issues for resolution.
- Monitor and report on progress, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, actions, and status using established HELO processes, tools, templates, and documentation standards.
- Facilitate project and governance meetings, document decisions and next steps, track owners and due dates, and reflect approved changes in relevant materials.
- Apply consistent HELO messaging, visual standards, terminology, templates, and document structures across presentations, roadmaps, artifacts, and hub content.
- Use available program and performance information to create clear visual stories that highlight progress, priorities, business impact, and decisions needed.
- Follow company and HELO project management standards, processes, and policies, and identify opportunities to improve recurring workflows, templates, and content-management practices.
