- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centres, and enterprise-level projects)
- Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
- Available to work a rotational 24/7 on-call; scheduled shift
- This role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $26 – $28 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
Hemmersbach is seeking a customer-focused Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for enterprise and consumer clients. The role includes installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with hardware support, networking, and HP server environments, and provides high-quality customer service while representing the company at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure
- Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support HP servers and enterprise environments
- Track inventory and provide service updates
