The Mental Health Specialist are key members of Diamond Grove Center who functions as a member ot the treatment team and accepts responsibilities for specifically assigned dutes, such as patient observation rounds, suicide risk observations, as well as assisting with treatment programs. As a Mental Health Specialist you will ensure that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values.
- Aids education staff, charge nurse and Program Director in the overall management of the milieu.
