• Conduct primary research through internet-based sources, public databases, government websites, company websites, and other credible sources.

• Gather, validate, and update information from multiple data sources.

• Evaluate source credibility and ensure data accuracy.

• Document research findings and maintain supporting references.

• Analyze and interpret datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.

• Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and missing information.

• Support ad-hoc research and business analysis requests.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.

• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, standardization, and validation activities.

• Maintain structured databases and repositories.

• Follow established data governance and quality control procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and data management workflows.

• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support automation initiatives and adoption of AI-powered research tools.

• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and data quality.

• Strong internet research and information-gathering capabilities.

• Understanding of research methodologies and source validation.

• Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

• Ability to identify inconsistencies and validate information.

• Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Formulas).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies and software tools.

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to work with data-driven systems.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
