Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. This position emphasizes delivering innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with client needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Experience working within agile development environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
