Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategy and technology solutions by working closely with stakeholders at various levels.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that justify investments and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
