Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to enhance existing components and implement new features. Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and adaptability throughout the software lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in integrating software components across diverse systems and platforms.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of software solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
