Key Roles and Responsibilities - Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP FICO processes across General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Controlling–Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).• Assist with incident resolution, service requests, testing, documentation, and user support.• Participate in MM/FI-CO and SD/FI-CO integration activities and assigned enhancements.
Critical Expertise and Technical Requirements- Hands-on knowledge of company codes, charts of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting period variants, document types, number ranges, cost centres, profit centres, internal orders, and allocation cycles.• Working knowledge of MM/FI-CO and SD/FI-CO integration.• Ability to support configuration, testing, issue analysis, and functional documentation under guidance.
Leadership and Stakeholder Expectations-
- Meet agreed service-level targets for incidents and service requests while minimising ticket reopen rates.• Deliver assigned SAP FICO configurations and enhancements on time and to the required quality standards.• Provide reliable month-end and year-end closing support with minimal disruption to critical finance processes.• Support project team in performing the testing of business transactions.
Preferred Experience- 2–3 years of experience in SAP Finance business processes, including hands-on exposure to SAP FICO configuration and support.
Education- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration, information systems, or a related stream.
