We're seeking an experienced Senior Advanced Services Engineer to join our team in a customer-facing role. In this position, you'll work closely with our customer, taking ownership of the production application environment and ensuring its stability, reliability, and operational excellence.
You'll play a critical role in managing production incidents, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution and long-term improvements. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by maintaining system stability, supporting seamless integrations, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
