• Lead team of writers or similar roles (in content creation);

• Lead team of writers or similar roles (in content creation);
• Coach and develop expertise within the team (on content/methods/processes);
• Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated TA/GBU and product – with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement; and
• Ensure new technologies are leveraged

• Act as strategic thought partner to assigned TA(s) within an assigned GBU;

• Act as strategic thought partner to assigned TA(s) within an assigned GBU;
• Develop and maintain expertise in assigned TA and on key trends/developments in the industry;
• Provide inputs for publication and communication plan/publication and medical education materials/other strategic deliverables, and ensure delivery as per plan (agreed timelines and quality); and
• Lead and support development of tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity

• Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards for deliveries made by the medical writing group, including scientific documents and clinical/medical reports;

• Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high scientific standards for the output produced by the scientific writing group;
• Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards;
• Ensure all publication and medical education materials are delivered as per agreed timelines and quality;
• Ensure creating and developing tools, technology, and process to constantly improve quality and productivity; and
• Leverage advanced training delivery tools and techniques thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training delivery

• Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication need and assist in developing assigned deliverables and
• Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement

• 9+ years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia; >6 years of experience in leadership role; and ability to influence and negotiate

• Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
