Responsibilities Campaign Management: Assist in the end-to-end execution and oversight of digital advertising initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and delivery schedules. Performance Tracking: Monitor active campaigns to verify performance metrics against objectives and execute foundational optimization strategies. Issue Resolution: Proactively detect delivery or performance anomalies and collaborate with specialized teams to implement timely solutions. Creative Compliance: Evaluate and authorize advertiser creative assets to ensure they align with established brand and operational guidelines. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, providing precise and prompt responses to both advertising and technical questions. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve fundamental product and campaign-related issues, escalating complex matters to senior teams while maintaining follow-up protocols. Communication Standards: Uphold a professional demeanor and customer-centric mindset in all client interactions. Reporting: Distribute regular campaign status updates, including performance summaries and visual evidence, to stakeholders. Documentation: Generate and share mid-campaign reports as needed, maintaining meticulous records of all campaign activities and observations. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, iFrames, pixels, and various digital creative formats (image, audio, video) is advantageous.
