About the role As a TPO Operations Associate III, you will support daily Human Resources (HR) operations and help colleagues get clear, timely support. You will manage employee records and key steps across the employee lifecycle while following HR policies and process guidelines. You will also work with internal teams to keep tasks accurate and help improve how work gets done.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support end-to-end HR operations and respond to colleague enquiries with a high level of service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities in back-end operations.
- Complete HR transactions and keep employee records and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Work with internal teams to meet HR needs, identify process gaps and support continuous improvement.
- Work rotational shifts as required to support global HR operations.
What you bring Required qualifications .
- 1 to 3 years of experience using case management tools and providing client support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn AI technology used in operational activities.
