Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliations - if you’re interested in joining a team that sits at the heart of a fast-moving proprietary trading firm, we’d love to know about you.
What this team does: Our Operations team is the backbone of Maven’s trading activity - working closely with traders across our desks to support trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and the full trade lifecycle. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days look the same.
You might be a great fit if you have a background or interest in:
- Trade support or trade operations
- Settlements, reconciliations, or clearing
- Listed derivatives or equity instruments
- Working closely with front office / trading desks
- Process improvement and automation (Excel, Python, SQL, VBA)
We’re open to candidates at all levels from those early in their operations career to seasoned specialists looking for their next challenge.
