RECRUITER, MEDIA PRODUCTION & CREATIVE

  • All applicants must currently reside in the United States.
  • Direct experience recruiting for media production, broadcast, or creative roles is required for both openings.

Step into the fast-moving world of media, entertainment, and creative production as a Recruiter hiring for ASG and our Fortune 100 clients, including some of the biggest names in tech, media and entertainment, gaming, and social media.

We have 2 openings: 1 full-time Recruiter through mid-January and 1 variable-hours Recruiter on an as-needed basis, both fully remote.

Reporting to the Recruiter Lead, you’ll own full-cycle hiring as we gear up for a major wave of new positions, finding and landing the people behind live broadcasts, studio productions, and creative campaigns. If you know how to staff a control room or quickly build a creative team, we want to hear from you.

WHY ASG?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles across media production, broadcast engineering, and creative and studio work.
  • Handle 10 to 15 open requisitions at a time in the full-time role, with requisition load scaled to hours for the variable-hours role, adapting to dynamic, project-driven hiring needs.
  • Source top candidates using HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Assess and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for each project and client.
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing insight on talent pipelines, market trends, and best practices.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with transparent, respectful, and timely communication at every touchpoint.
  • Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and new process initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Staffing agency recruiting background, including experience recruiting in a contingent staffing environment.
  • Proven success hiring for either media production and broadcast roles (such as producers, editors, control room technicians, and broadcast engineers) or creative and studio roles (such as designers, art directors, motion graphics artists, copywriters, and creative producers).
  • Solid understanding of the media production, broadcast, or creative industries.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or a similar sourcing tool.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Extreme attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills.

  • Highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive, with a great sense of humor and a customer-centric approach.
