As an Enovia Developer - Manager - ICA - Consult you will support managed services work within our Advisory practice, focused on Application Evolution Services for Industry and Custom Applications. You will bring together application knowledge, delivery coordination, and process improvement to help clients maintain and enhance Enovia-based solutions, with attention to service continuity, change activity, and issue resolution across application workstreams. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, and manage work priorities while balancing client needs, delivery timelines, and commercial objectives.
In this role at PwC, you will guide technical delivery, review work across assigned activities, and help translate business needs into practical application support and enhancement plans. You will also contribute to service transition, ongoing operations, and continuous improvement efforts that support managed service delivery. The role calls for a collaborative leader who can navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly, and use technology-driven thinking to help advance client service outcomes while developing the capabilities of the team.
Responsibilities
- Leading managed services application support workstreams for custom and industry applications, drawing on Enovia platform knowledge to maintain service continuity
- Managing delivery teams through planning, prioritization, budgeting, and timeline tracking for client support engagements
- Coordinating application modernization, automation, and DevSecOps activities that improve release flow and reduce operational friction
- Reviewing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests to identify root causes and targeted remediation actions
- Developing performance reporting, service level tracking, and risk logs to monitor delivery health and prioritize action items
- Coaching team members on application maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methods
- Driving regression testing, user acceptance testing, and release readiness activities across managed application environments
- Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve process performance, and apply automation to recurring support tasks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10+ years of experience Enovia
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
