Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Bangalore Job Type: Onsite Experience: 15 - 18 yrs CTC: Negotiable About Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of expertise to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable enterprise solutions. This role involves architecting enterprise-wide systems, defining technology strategies, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives, mentor technical teams, and establish architectural standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies aligned with business goals Lead the evaluation and selection of enterprise technologies, platforms, and tools Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies across the organization Collaborate with C-level executives and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Oversee the design of complex, mission-critical systems ensuring scalability, security, and performance Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development and infrastructure teams Manage enterprise-wide technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technology evaluations for emerging solutions Mentor and develop junior architects and technical leaders within the organization Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards in system design Facilitate communication between business units, IT operations, and development teams Must have skills: 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related senior technical roles Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure Strong knowledge of microservices, API-driven architectures, and distributed systems Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies Experience with security architecture and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.) Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Good to have skills: TOGAF 9 certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification Experience with digital transformation and modernization initiatives Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) in enterprise contexts Experience in specific industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecom) Published articles, whitepapers, or speaking engagements on enterprise architecture Agile and DevOps transformation experience Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Why Join Us?: Leadership roles in technology strategy and innovation Opportunity to mentor and build high-performing technical teams Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and emerging trends Involvement in digital transformation and modernization initiatives Potential for C-level progression (CTO, VP of Technology) Industry recognition and thought leadership opportunities Global project exposure and international collaboration Continuous learning through certifications and advanced training
