We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong software engineering expertise, hands-on AWS experience, and a proven track record of building scalable and reliable systems. The ideal candidate must have mandatory IoT experience, along with strong technical leadership capabilities and experience managing or mentoring engineering teams. The role involves leading technical initiatives, designing multi-service cloud architectures, and overseeing the development of robust applications involving IoT platforms, real-time data systems, and telemetry processing. Requirements Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable software systems using Java.

- Architect and build multi-service applications leveraging AWS cloud services.
- Drive technical decisions, establish engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Design and manage solutions involving IoT platforms, real-time data processing, and telemetry systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Oversee application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Identify technical challenges and drive their resolution through effective engineering practices.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable systems.

- 2+ years of experience working with IoT platforms, real-time data systems, or telemetry processing.
- Strong programming expertise in Java.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based, distributed applications.
