The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading the Culinary Department and overseeing daily kitchen operations. This hands-on leadership role helps ensure consistent food quality, timely and accurate food production, safe and sanitary work practices, effective associate performance, responsible cost management, and positive guest dining experience. The Sous Chef provides directions to kitchen associates and assumes leadership of kitchen operations when the Executive Chef is absent.
