EV Program & Incentive Administrator

We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks. AlphaGov is engaging an EV Program and Incentive Administrator for current public clean-transportation program work. You will help agencies design, stand up, and operate EV rebate, voucher, and infrastructure incentive programs, including NEVI and CFI compliance and applicant support. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do

• Design or improve EV rebate, voucher, and charger incentive program rules, workflows, and eligibility checks • Build application intake, review, award, and payment tracking processes staff can run day to day • Advise on NEVI, CFI, VW, IRA, and state clean-fleet or EVSE program compliance and reporting • Draft applicant guidance, FAQs, scoring rubrics, and monitoring checklists • Support outreach to fleets, municipalities, dealers, and charging providers participating in the program • Produce dashboards and reports that show applications, awards, spend, and outcomes • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
