We are seeking a motivated and skilled Salesforce Data Cloud professional to join our dynamic team at ITC Infotech India Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing data within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, enhance data accessibility, and support decision-making processes through effective data management. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain data within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment, ensuring accuracy and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
- Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data integration workflows to enhance data usability.
- Monitor data quality and implement governance practices to maintain high data standards.
- Provide support and training to users on the Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making for various business units.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL tools, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and customization.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and strategies to ensure data quality.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address data-related challenges.

- ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Apache Nifi)
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL or similar database querying languages
- Excel or other spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Project management tools for tracking tasks and project timelines
