Job Summary Under general direction, support the automation engineering department to designs, analyzes, modifies, and integrates robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Support investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Assistant develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.

Education & Experience Typical requires +8 years of experience Typically Technician level education, abel to team lead / coordinate group of people.

Responsibilities Coordinate technician team activities and complex maintenance operations; plan tasks, allocate resources, and ensure schedule adherence; oversee documentation, configuration updates, and test records; lead validation, calibration, and equipment readiness; drive reliability improvements and preventive maintenance execution; reinforce safety, quality, and compliance; interface with engineering and operations to support deployments.

Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level) Demonstrate leadership in technical coordination and task planning; communicate clearly and resolve conflicts; use advanced diagnostic tools and measurement systems; apply quality, safety, and compliance methods; enable continuous improvement and standardization across workcells.
