𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: HR Business Partner 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Hyderabad, Telangana 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 OFTC is looking for an experienced HR professional to build and run its people function. You will own HR policy, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations, and act as the key link with our parent company on payroll, legal matters and statutory compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can set up processes from the ground up in a growing, regulated organisation.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 1. HR Policy: Develop, implement and regularly review HR policies, procedures and guidelines in line with organisational needs and applicable law. 2. Employee Engagement: Plan and run engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances fairly and promptly, and build a positive, high-performance workplace culture. 3. HR Operations: Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, HR queries and exit formalities end to end. 4. Payroll Coordination: Work with the parent company's HR and finance teams to ensure accurate, on-time payroll and quick resolution of salary-related issues. 5. Legal & Compliance: Partner with the parent company's legal team on employee-related cases, documentation and statutory compliance. 6. Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the Accountable Manager on people matters, and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 2. 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, policy development and employee relations. 3. Sound working knowledge of payroll, Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. 4. Proven ability to set up and manage HR processes independently. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Experience in aviation, training or other regulated industries.
