About the job
- Technical support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments and applications
- Work closely with a team of Application Engineers and regional Account Managers to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and deliver technical seminars and customer training sessions in the Southwest Region
- Pre/Post-sales support, including customer demonstrations, equipment start-up, and training
- Consultant to customers involved in research, development and test of RF and Microwave products and systems
- Provide technical feedback to product developers to influence product enhancements and future roadmaps
