- QA & Compliance Oversight: Serve as the final gatekeeper for quality assurance, ensuring all emails are mobile-optimized and fully compliant with global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- A/B Testing Implementation: Set up and execute testing protocols for subject lines, send times, and creative assets to provide the Senior Manager with data-driven optimization insights.
- Performance Reporting: Pull and synthesize standard channel metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates) into actionable reports for MCD stakeholders.
- Dynamic Content Management: Manage the implementation of dynamic content blocks to ensure personalized experiences for different practice areas and personas.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor system health and resolve technical delivery issues, escalating to the Senior Manager or IT when necessary.
