Description The Analyst – EA Project Management ensures EA Projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective planning, material coordination, and project monitoring. The role tracks progress, identifies risks, and drives timely resolution of issues. It facilitates cross-functional collaboration, maintains project timelines, and provides clear status reporting to support informed decisions and successful project execution.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day EA project activities, monitor progress, and drive timely execution within established timelines and budgets • Develop and maintain project-specific activity plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Procurement, Base Material Coordination, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables remain on track • Identify project risks, material constraints, and potential delays; develop mitigation and contingency plans • Monitor project status, identify deviations from plans, and drive timely resolution or escalation of issues • Prepare and communicate regular project status reports covering progress, risks, mitigation actions, and next steps • Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize project execution, and support effective prioritization of activities This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or comparable experience
- 2+ years’ experience in fields of the Analytics, Supply Chain, Airline or Manufacturing Industry
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and prompt writing.
- Exposure to AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and NotebookLM
- Master's degree
- Understanding of Airline, Supply Chain Planning and Management
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in projects, internships, or work environments.
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, or n8n
