This position provides direct leadership and supervision of transportation employees, ensuring the successful execution of operating plans while delivering consistent performance in safety, service, productivity, and cost. A fundamental responsibility of this position is to establish clear expectations, develop employees, reinforce operating standards, and create accountability for results. Success in this role is measured by both operational results and how effectively the MTO leads their team.
