Role Purpose
- The r ole holder is r esponsible f or interfacing with the government bodies and lo c al authorities, t o r esol v e all mining related issues which mig h t c r e at e hind r ance in the smooth e x ecution of the p r ojects.
- The incumbe n t shall support t he Operations team at corporate office and/or Project Head at project in finalization on aggregate sourcing, applicable royalty rates and other related matters.
Key Responsibilities
• S t a k eholder Mana g eme n t – Coo r din at e with the r el e v a n t go v ernme n t officials/lo c al authorities f or mining related issues which mig h t c r e at e a hind r ance in the smooth e x ecution of the p r oject. S upport in the Pre-bid requirement of quality & quantity of minor mineral. Review and provide recommendation for Minor mineral requirement within stipulated timelines . Assist the site teams with reconciliation on used minor mineral as certified by the client time to time.
• MIS & R eporting - Prepare standard checklist for minor mineral land acquisition for quarry & crusher working permission procedure as per statutory guidelines.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- Law graduate with 15-20 y ea r s of e xperience in handling mining and royalty related matters f or c on s truction p r oject si t es.
