This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at store #5351, located at 670 Boston Road, E Springfield, MA 01119 and West Springfield store #5148 located at 835 Memorial Avenue, W Springfield, MA 01089.
