Job Description What you'll be doing You will be the architecture owner for Experian's global video conferencing estate and collaboration spaces, driving standardization and lifecycle governance across 400+ video conferencing units and our global refresh roadmap. Architect and govern the refresh program, aligned to the $1.2M allocated budget. The program executes prioritization based on site strategy (Grow/Maintain/Retire), technology lifecycle status (including TLMP-driven replacements), and room usage/telemetry. This prioritization focuses investment on high-value rooms. This role will own room standards, VC platforms/devices, monitoring/telemetry, lifecycle/refresh execution architecture, and site readiness planning w/ local facilities teams. You will report to a Senior Director.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Own global VC/Rooms architecture and standards , including room designs, device standardization, configuration baselines, and support models.
- Lead the FY27 lifecycle refresh program , prioritizing investments, budget alignment, and deployment planning across sites.
- Drive EoL device remediation, refresh strategy, and replacement governance to minimize operational risk and user impact.
- Enable proactive operations and room readiness through monitoring, performance telemetry, network/SD-WAN validation, and support optimization.
- Provide strategic leadership across facilities, vendors, and platform evolution , ensuring workplace alignment, technology modernization, and adherence to global standards.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise video conferencing / AV / collaboration spaces architecture, including global standardization and refresh programs.
- Proven track record managing lifecycle transitions and EoL/EoS remediation across a large VC estate, using telemetry/usage insights to prioritize investments.
- Strong cross-functional delivery leadership—comfortable operating at the intersection of Workplace/Facilities, Network, and UC Engineering/Operations to deliver room readiness and consistent user experience.
- Strong program governance and operational discipline
