We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to oversee loss prevention and safety initiatives across an assigned region of stores. In this role, you will partner closely with operations leaders to identify risks, reduce shrink, investigate theft, ensure safety compliance, and protect company assets. This position combines data-driven decision-making, field leadership, and investigative expertise to support operational excellence and business performance.
