Job Description
- Strong understanding of RTR process, with sound knowledge on Fixed Asset / Intercompany / Accruals / Prepayments / Deferrals / BS, Bank & Other Reconciliation
- Should be okay to work in Night Shifts (US)
- Great understanding of close operation
- Meeting the SLA / KPI set by the business
- Domain skills expertise in managing and building Balance Sheet Reconciliation process
- Exposure to supervision of reconciliation process
- Good hands on SAP or other strong ERP Accounting tool
- Analytical bent of mind for resolving open reconciling items and tracing journals through multiple accounts to their origin
- Good skill set in excel and ability to manage large data sets in excel
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Coordination with various stakeholders for reporting and audit work
- Good understanding on SOX compliance
- Detail focused and produce high quality work
- Should be highly organised and ability to perform multi task with ease
