Role Overview As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist in implementing care management, reinforcing patient education, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients. • Monitor patients and the environment, document observations, and maintain a safe unit. • Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide comfort and support. • Take and document patient vital signs, height, and weight as directed. • Prepare medical records, collect specimens, and assist with laboratory processes. • Support the multidisciplinary team in developing patient treatment plans. • Maintain supplies and ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies.
