Job Description **What You Will Do**
- Keep things moving smoothly! Handle order entry, specimen pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—you'll be the backbone of our lab's efficiency.
- Master our laboratory equipment and automation systems—think of yourself as the tech-savvy problem-solver who keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.
- Be the friendly face of our lab! Connect with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with professionalism and genuine warmth—because great care starts with great communication.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
