Job Summary Cambridge Investment Research is seeking a driven and consultative Client Solutions Consultant to support and grow relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and enjoys helping advisors deliver comprehensive financial solutions to their clients.
As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner—proactively identifying opportunities and recommending tailored solutions across financial planning, retirement products, and Cambridge Source offerings. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors to support their business growth
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions across:
- Financial planning strategies
- Retirement solutions
- Cambridge Source offerings
- Drive adoption and utilization of Cambridge products and platforms
- Conduct consultative outreach (phone, virtual, and in-person) to educate advisors on available solutions
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless advisor experience
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory considerations
- Travel up to 25% to meet with advisors and attend events as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services consulting
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and retirement products
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65 or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain within first year of employment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
