Role Overview - Infollion is looking for a Business Delivery Lead/ Group Manager to hold the Execution & P&L. He will be expected to operate with a business-owner mindset, balancing delivery commitments, client expectations, people management, and financial performance.

• Oversee end-to-end research delivery across multiple teams, ensuring timely execution of projects in line with client requirements and agreed turnaround times.

- Monitor project progress, delivery quality, productivity, and adherence to defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Establish standardized workflows, review mechanisms, and reporting practices to improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure consistency in research quality, process adherence, and service delivery standards across teams.

- Support the resolution of critical delivery issues and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain visibility on project status, resource requirements, delivery risks, and dependencies.

- Support business leadership in planning for new projects, client requirements, and expansion of delivery capabilities.
- Take ownership of the P&L for the assigned research delivery group, ensuring alignment between revenue targets, delivery commitments, operating costs, and profitability.
- Monitor revenue performance, cost structures, team utilization, and margins to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved
