A. Manpower Planning and ensuring availability
• Ensure manpower availability as per operational plans to ensure smooth operations 24x7.

- Drive and implement HR policies, methods and timelines for manpower planning, recruitment and deployment, performance management, compensation and succession planning in an efficient manner
• Provide a positive work environment for regular and contractual employees to maximise the engagement in adherence to various compliance

• Ensure timely compliance to all regulations regarding labour laws, industrial relations, security, health and employee well being.

• Manage the relation with all the internal and external stakeholders of the unit e.g. local Govt authorities, villagers, local politicians, local police, environmentalist etc including factory manpower in an effective way.
