Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Software Engineer 1 - Full Stack with 1-3 years of experience in developing, testing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and high-performance fullstack applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, or Python, ReactJS and a keen interest in building high-quality software. You should be enthusiastic about writing clean, maintainable code, applying software engineering best practices, and solving real-world technical challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to develop backend services that power business-critical applications. You will have opportunities to learn and apply concepts such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, and distributed systems. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications, services, and RESTful APIs using Java, Kotlin, or Python , ReactJS and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following established engineering standards and best practices. • Collaborate with senior engineers and Product Managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to the implementation of scalable and reliable backend services. • Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, correctness, and reliability. • Apply software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). • Work with relational databases, write efficient SQL queries, and understand database transactions and data consistency. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments. • Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve code quality. • Contribute to performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability improvements of backend services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality features. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and features, ensuring timely delivery with appropriate testing and documentation. • Learn and contribute to production support, incident investigation, and root cause analysis with guidance from experienced engineers. • Use agentic development tools to deliver features in a fast paced environment Qualifications
