BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Willow Grove Assistive Care team as a part-time Clinical Manager , with a focus on clinical education, staff training, and competency development.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and deliver annual education and competency assessments for staff.
- Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training.
- Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs).
- Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development.
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
- Conduct client assessments and develop care plans as needed.
- Supervise and support field staff to ensure care is delivered in accordance with established standards.
What You’ll Need
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least two years of nursing experience.
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for staff education, clinical training, and professional development.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
